Publishing charges

Publishing in the journal is free of charge (no submission or article processing charges). The only exception to this rule is if the author, authorized to a one-time proofreading, introduced changes that exceed 5% of the volume of the work. In such a situation the Publisher can request a return of the additional costs incurred.
